The next Scrubs On Site scrub sale at Cox Branson is scheduled for Wednesday/Thursday, November 15th & 16th.

- A portion of the proceeds of the sale benefits the Skaggs Foundation!
- Skaggs has arranged for employees to be able to pre-order scrubs on the Scrubs On Site website under the following parameters:

- Orders must be placed on or before November 15th.
- Payroll deduction purchases over $15 are able to be divided over 1 to 4 pay periods, $15 to $99-1 pay period, $100 to $149-2 pay periods, $150 to $199-3 pay periods, and $200+ 4 pay periods.
- Shipping is free to hospital, once linked to Cox Health Branson.
- When possible, orders will be brought to the June 14/15 sale for pick-up.
- Otherwise, Cox Branson employee orders will be shipped to the Skaggs Foundation office for pickup.
- All other Cox employee location orders will be sent to your department via Cox interoffice mail (please enter your department AND location in order notes)

Setting up your account

1) Print these directions, then go to www.ScrubsOnSite.com
2) Click “Sign In” at the top right
3) Log into your account - click "Forgot your password?" if you cannot remember your password.
4) If you do not have an account, click “Create a New Account” at bottom left. Then enter Email and a password.
5) You will receive an email to confirm address is valid. Follow the link to enter balance of information about you.
6) Your Account page will first appear.
a. Click the “3rd Party / Employer” link (this enables payroll deduct purchasing).
i. Enter “Group Billing Name” – CoxBranson
ii. Enter “Password” – SKAGGS (all caps)
iii. Enter your Employee Number

7) Shopping:
a. If you know your scrub style number – enter it in the “Search for..” field at the top.
b. To browse by Brand, click the “Shop” menu choice at top left.
8) Place desired items into your “Cart.”
9) Once your Cart is ready, start the Checkout process.
10) In order notes, ENTER your department name AND location at Cox for delivery.
11) Billing Information – pay via PayPal, charge card, or choose the “Payroll Deduction” option including number of pay periods for your purchase to be divided (1,2,3 or 4). Remember, $15 to $99-1 pay period, $100 to $149-2 pay periods, $150 to $199-3 pay periods, and $200 and over-4 pay periods.
12) Your orders should arrive approximately 2 weeks after order. If available, they will be brought to the November 15/16 scrub sale.
