Scrubs On Site will hold an on-site scrub sale at the University of Iowa on Tuesday & Wednesday, June 20th and 21st.

The Wild Rose Gift Shop has arranged for employees to pre-order scrubs on the Scrubs On Site website! If in and available, orders can be picked up at the event on June 20/21, or afterwards at Wild Rose Gifts, if not in or if you are unable to make it to the event. Payments are via credit/debit card or payroll deduction.

A portion of the proceeds from this event support programs benefiting UIHC patients and their families through Volunteer Services.

- Orders must be placed on or before Tuesday. June 20th.
- Shipping is free to Wild Rose gift shop with no sales tax collected, once linked to the University of Iowa account.

Setting up your account

1) Print these directions, then go to www.ScrubsOnSite.com
2) Click “Sign In” at the top right
3) Log into your account - click "Forgot your password?" if you cannot remember your password.
4) If you do not have an account, click “Create a New Account” at bottom left. Then enter Email and a password.
5) You will receive an email to confirm address is valid. Follow the link to enter balance of information about you. Be sure to enter your mobile number so you can be contacted with any questions or be notified about delivery or pickup.
6) Your Account page will first appear.
a. Click the “3rd Party / Employer” link (This causes free shipping, ability to payroll deduct and no sales tax collection).
i. Enter “Group Billing Name” – Iowa
ii. Enter “Password” – HAWKEYE (all caps)
iii. In the “Employee ID” field, just enter an ABC or a 1234. Actual Employee ID is not needed as payment will be made at pickup through the Wild Rose gift shop systems.

7) Shopping:
a. If you know your scrub style number – enter it in the “Search for..” field at the top.
b. To browse by Brand, click the “Shop” menu choice at top left.
8) Place desired items into your “Cart.”
9) Once your Cart is ready, start the Checkout process.
10) In order notes, enter your department name and location.
11) Billing Information – pay via PayPal, charge/debit card, or choose the “Payroll Deduction” option over one pay period after pickup.
12) Your orders should be available approximately 2 weeks after order. Orders can be picked up at the event on June 20/21, or afterwards at Wild Rose Gifts, if you are unable to make it to the event. Wild Rose will contact you if they have an order ready to pick up.
